Samsung Galaxy S8
We all dream of having a phone with a near edgeless/ bevel-less display with expandable storage and countless periphrases to increase your user experience. This is what Samsung is doing with the launch of the newly anticipated Galaxy S8 and S8+. Set to launch March 29th the S8 is rumored to have a near bevel-less display and no physical buttons. They are also including a fingerprint scanner built into the display. Another feature that is rumored to make another appearance after the less than successful Galaxy Note 7 are retina passcode. This means that just by looking into your phone you can unlock it. Eyes are one of the most unique features that we have, an eye's retina has trillions of combinations that only one person in the world could have the same eye features. Samsung teased that the Galaxy S8 would have a revolutionary design that will change the way we perceive phones. After Apple ditched the 3.5mm headphone jack in favor of its lightning port Samsung is hoping to capture those who feel that the port was necessary and it was a business move by Apple to sell more adapters. Apple has changed very little in their design since the iPhone 6 and it still lacks wireless charging and full 1080p resolution. With Apple trying to make their phones as small and light as possible their battery life in the phone has suffered. Apple is shrinking the size of their batteries in the phone to fit more features in the aluminum shell. Though if the battery breaks and your phone is out of warranty your out of luck and forced to pay for a new phone since the battery in not removable. Though Samsung has let you remove the back of their phone and swap batteries whether to replace a broken one or to quickly give you a full charge when you're on the go. Samsung has been steps ahead of Apple though the market share in the US is still dominated by Apple but with the launch of Samsung's new flagship phone will this change?
